I'm sure Plank and Sagamore have some kind of rationale for getting rid of the exit ramp, but they haven't said yet, as far as I know, and I can't believe their argument could be strong enough. Their entire plan was supposed to be revealed last summer, so I'm not going to hold my breath. I do not use 95 very much from the Ellicott City area; but when I do, I use Hanover St as often as any other. Access to Harbor Hospital has been a reason. Getting to HH or Waterview is quite a problem without that exit. I guess Plank doesn't use it; so it is not necessary.mesnsnoreply@blogger.com
